1 cup Quinoa
2 cup Water
1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Rinse quinoa in a small strainer or by running fresh water over the quinoa in a pot. Drain.
Put water, pink salt , pepper and quinoa in a pot. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook until all water is absorbed.
Yield: 1 cup / 2 normal servings.
