Healthy Millet Bars

Ingredients
1 ½ cups oats
1 cup Natural Life Millet (cooked)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/3 cup Natural Life Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Natural Life flaxseeds
1 cup mashed banana
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Natural Life salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined.

Line a 20×20 cm pan with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.

Place in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes, until it is relatively firm.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.

Cut into 12 equal-sized bars and enjoy!

* Store in the fridge and it should be good for about a week.
