Banana Bread with Light Brown Sugar


  • 3 bananas
  • 220g flour
  • 135g Natural Life brown sugar
  • 115g melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Natural Life salt


  • First, preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Next, mash and puree three bananas with a fork in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter with the brown sugar until well combined.
  • Next, combine the eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla, and stir until mixed.
  • Gently mix the flour and salt into the bowl with the other ingredients using a spatula until there are no flour lumps remaining.
  • Spread the mixture into a buttered/oiled loaf pan until it forms an even layer.
  • Bake for approximately 40-60 minutes.
