Banana and Walnut Millet Breakfast Porridge
2 cups of water
1/2 cup Millet Natural Life
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy e.g. almond milk)
1/2 teaspoon ground Ceylon Cinnamon Natural Life
2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
1 medium banana, sliced
3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add the Millet Natural Life and salt. Cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 35 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the millet is soft.
Stir in the milk, ground Ceylon Cinnamon Natural Life and honey, adjusting the seasonings to taste.
Divide into serving bowls. Top each bowl with sliced bananas, walnuts and, if desired, a bit more cinnamon and honey.
