Buckwheat Salad with Feta and Tomatoes


1 cup Buckwheat Natural Life, uncooked

1 (250gr) package Feta cheese, crumbled or cubed

1 large red Onion, peeled and sliced

3 Tomatoes, roughly chopped

1 large Cucumber, sliced

4 tablespoons Olive oil

1/4 teaspoon fine Sea Salt Natural Life

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper Natural Life

1 handful fresh flat-leaf Parsley (optional for topping)



Cook Buckwheat Natural Life according to our simple cooking instructions.

Transfer cooled Buckwheat to a large salad bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
