- 1 cup Buckwheat
- 2 cup Water
- ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt ( optional )
Rinse buckwheat in a small strainer or by running fresh water over the buckwheat in a pot. Drain.
Combine water, pink salt and buckwheat in a medium pot. Bring to a simmer and then cover it. Simmer on low for 17 – 20 minutes until all water is absorbed.
Yield: 1 cup / 2 normal servings.
