Oatmeal Energy Balls


  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed Natural Life
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds Natural Life
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Natural Life
  • A pinch of Natural Life sea salt
  • 1/2 cup of creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips


  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  • Place the almond butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  • Add the honey and vanilla extract to the melted almond. Mix until smooth. Pour over the oat mixture and mix until well combined. Then stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 tablespoons per ball. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
