Lemon balm is a perennial herb from the mint family. Its leaves have a mild lemon aroma and they are used to make medicine. Lemon balm is used alone or as part of various multi herb combination products.

Known in Greek as ‘Melisochorto’ (deriving from its scientific name ‘Melissa officinalis’) this tea is made exclusively from leaves that are grown in Cyprus and is incorporated in the list of Cypriot products offered from Natural Life.

This tea does not require any sweetening as it has a mild taste and a beautifully fresh fragrance.

A tea made from Lemon balm leaves is said to soothe menstrual cramps and helps relieve PMS.
