Quinoa & Goji Berries Salad


  • 300g quinoa Natural Life
  • 70 g fresh mint
  • 50 g dried Goji Berries Natural Life
  • 50g chopped cashews
  • Fresh Salad leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In a saucepan pour 2 cups of water and let it come to a boil.
  2. Add the Quinoa, and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl add the fresh salad leaves.
  4. Then add the boiled Quinoa, dried Goji Berries and chopped cashews.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh mint!
