Recipe for Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 2 carrots
  • 200g of beans
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups of Natural Life long grain rice
  • 1 tbsp Natural Life dill
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • Natural Life Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  • Heat up the olive oil on medium heat and sauté the green onions for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then, add the pepper, the carrots, the peas, the beans, the rice, the broth, as well as salt and pepper.
  • Stir and sprinkle with dill.
  • Partially cover the pot and simmer the rice for about 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Place a clean towel over the pot, cover it with the lid, and allow the rice to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Ready to serve!
