Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups of tea Medium Grain Rice
- 1 tea cup of Water
- 4 cups of milk
- 2 teaspoon Maize Starch
- Vanilla Powder
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Boil the rice for ten minutes.
Add 3,5 cups of milk in rice and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
Then add sugar, and the same time mix the maize starch with the rest of milk.
Mix all together and we boil for another 10 minutes till it clot. At in the end add 1 tpoon of vanillin, 3 minutes before finishing.
Served in bowls with cinnamon at the top.
