Roasted Carrots with Natural Life Thyme
- 500 grams carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme Natural Life
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt Natural Life
- Preheat oven to 205°C.
- Place carrots in a lined baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the Natural Life thyme and salt, the oil, and the honey
- Brush the mixture over the carrots.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
