Roasted Carrots with Natural Life Thyme


  • 500 grams carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme Natural Life 
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Natural Life


  1. Preheat oven to 205°C. 
  2. Place carrots in a lined baking pan. 
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Natural Life thyme and salt, the oil, and the honey 
  4. Brush the mixture over the carrots. 
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
