Smoothie with chia seeds


  • 170g blueberries + extra for serving
  • 170g raspberries + extra for serving
  • 5 dates, pitted
  • 2 bananas, about 300g
  • 1 tbsp of oat flakes + extra roasted, for serving
  • 1 tbsp of Natural Life chia seeds + extra for serving
  • 600g soy drink


  • Put berries, dates, bananas, oat flakes, chia seeds and soy drink in a blender.
  • Whisk for 1 minute until the mixture is evenly combined.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with chia seeds, berries, and toasted oat flakes before serving.
